Acorns exceeded my high expectations in every aspect, but particularly in their exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Not only did Denise and Steve warmly welcome us, but they went above and beyond by returning a forgotten item of mine promptly and with a smile. The ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver, ensuring my clothes were wrinkle-free for all our outings. The heating in the room was perfect, keeping us cozy during the chilly evenings. The tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and the electric kettle made it convenient to enjoy a hot beverage at any time. The sitting area in our room was comfortable and provided a lovely space to unwind after a long day of exploring the local area. The garden furniture in the small terrace at the back of the house was a delightful touch, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful evening drink outdoors. In terms of amenities, the free toiletries were high quality and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings. Overall, Acorns truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in the area.
